Cranberry Apple Relish
Our 5-ingredient, one-pot recipe for Cranberry Apple Relish is a great accompaniment to both sweet and savory dishes from breakfast pancakes to turkey dinner.
Serving size: 1/4 cup | Makes 11 servings
|3-1/2 cups fresh cranberries|
|1.75 cups diced apples|
|1/2 cup fresh apple cider|
|1/2 cup sugar|
|1/3 cup golden raisins|
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, and cook until cranberries begin to break apart. Serve warm or chilled.
