Our Diversity Inclusion Action Council (DIAC) is a dedicated committee of FLIK associates who work to ensure an inclusive workplace, built upon the foundation of mutual respect for our colleagues. Through dedicated leadership development and programming, DIAC implements a structured plan with measurable results to provide all our associates with a sense of belonging.

How long have you been with FLIK?
4 years with FLIK, but 14.5 with Compass Group as a whole
Why are you passionate about being a part of FLIK's Diversity Inclusion Action Council and moving the narrative forward? What inspired you to get more involved?
For me, it is important to understand the different values, perspectives, new ideas, and innovations that each individual will bring to the table. With that being said, I am inspired by the people of FLIK, their stories, their experiences, and their knowledge that can help other individuals or a team.
How do you think we can create a sense of inclusion & belonging to our lives?
Communicate and support individuals. Embrace the fact that each individual is different from the next.
