We're a company built upon Great Food, Great Service, and Great People -- and it shows! You love enjoying our FLIK recipes in the cafe and at home. The Recipes page of our blog received the highest number of views this year. Between celebrating the season and showcasing how to lighten up some classic dishes, our dietitians and chefs are always challenging us to fuel our bodies with delicious, nutritious food.

In May, Chef Cory headed to the Brooklyn Navy Yards to compete in a Zero Waste Challenge, a culinary competition (and sampling event) to taste "upcycled" ingredients in delicious new ways. Cory took home the prize for Popular Vote at this year's event!
