FLIK to Table: Let's Get Cooking!

We've missed seeing so many of you in person, so we've decided to take our culinary experience a step further and introduce live, hands-on, virtual cooking classes through our new online portal: FLIK to Table. Join us for an out-of-this-world culinary experience from the comfort of your own home! 

Perfect as a boredom buster for dinner, a refresher course on culinary fundamentals, a virtual team building activity, or as the perfect gift for someone you love, our immersive classes are taught by FLIK Hospitality Group's own chefs and dietitians.

To kick things off we're launching with three delectable menus and courses: 

  • French Inspired Brunch: Take your Sunday Brunch game up a notch with Chef Eric Miller and our French-Inspired brunch class. Learn to make a classic French omelet, Avocado Tartine with tomato & poached eggs, and what's brunch without a little Bloody? The Baltimore Bloody Mary takes a perfectly delicious twist on this brunch favorite. 
  • Roasting, Sautéing, Braising: Ever get confused about the difference between roasting and braising? Join Chef John Gouldin has he walks you through all the cooking basics and a menu that is just *chef's kiss*! Learn how to pan-roast Chilean seabass with a sweet corn chive sauce, saute spring asparagus, and braise leeks to perfection.  
  • All About Eggs: Eggs are one of the most versatile and least expensive proteins available that can be enjoyed beyond just breakfast. Join Chef Adam White on how to perfect the art of cooking eggs -- for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! 

Upon signing up for each cooking class, you'll receive a unique culinary prep packet that includes a comprehensive shopping list, suggested equipment list, full recipes, and a few other fun details ahead of your class. Classes are hosted on a private Zoom session; one ID and password will be provided per device. The current calendar is hereto checkout and will be updated frequently.
