Join Courtney and her son, Thaddeus, as they make 3 delicious, simple, and most importantly portable sand-free snacks to take to the beach this summer including:
- Walking tacos - A kid-friendly, build your own taco bowl that ensures all the delicious flavor without the mess
- Edible Hummus Cups - Hummus prepared right inside a mini bell pepper served with veggies and pretzels as dipping utensils
- Fruit Skewers with Greek Yogurt Dip - Single serve greek yogurt dip (that can be flavored with peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla, or even cinnamon!) and fruit kebabs that will be refreshing & hydrating
You can also opt for classic standbys like fresh fruit salad and trail mix to include in your bag too!
